At K&A Luxury Brand, we take pride in providing high-quality, 100% raw hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair extensions once the order has been placed.


Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@kandaluxurybrand.com.

To be eligible for review:

  • Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • No alterations (cutting, coloring, or washing)

We will gladly review and resolve any verified order issues.
